This dialogue workshop is for writers who are already working on projects and looking to improve their work. We'll discuss how to:
- Make dialogue do more than just show what the characters are saying
- Situate the characters in the physical world while they interact
- Ensure dialogue helps to deepen the emotional arc of the story
Participants should bring short works-in-progress, or a notebook. No laptops needed. Come prepared to write in the session.
